CDM - Principal Designer

Successfully transforming a design into a physical reality requires the coordination of many elements, together with adherence to the health and safety regulations.

Defined in the 2015 CDM regulations, this is the role of the Principal Designer who must be appointed on every project. They are an integral part of the project management process ensuring all safety issues are considered throughout the life of the project and cover all those who build, use and maintain structures.

They include following building regulations on matters such as fire safety, structural stability, sanitation and manage contaminants or toxic substances.

Prosper can be appointed to undertake this role on your behalf.
